Well it was time to carve the pupmkins that we had bought. Jake carved his first small one like Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas. Our huge pumpkin got a scary-happy face. 
Cleaning it was the hardest thing. We actually found 5 live pumpkin plants growing inside! I took the 2 pounds of seeds and roasted them. They turned out very yummy. 
Jake and Jeremy had to work Halloween night so Sara came over to our house to help pass out candy. I made dinner, cream cheese potato soup which ended up like cream cheese mashed potatoes, and she brought over pumpkin cheesecake bars... MMMM. We had a ton of trick-or-treaters!
